Exchange & Return Policy
- This Refund policy shall only be applicable for purchases made in this website only.
- Returns are not valid for our Products due to the nature of these products, as we guarantee the authenticity of the content of the Product.
- Exchanges are not allowed for our Products due to the nature of these products, as we guarantee the authenticity of the content in the atomizers.
- However, Return/Exchange of Products or refund can be arranged under the following reason:

If the wrong Product which is different from the Order is delivered.
Provided the Customer returns or is caused to return to Goody Foody Birdnest Pte. Ltd the aforesaid Products unused and in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it is first delivered to the Customer together with the proof of Order, payment and delivery of the Products and a video proof on unboxing the item.
- In the event of receiving a product that is Dead on Arrival (DOA).
- We offer a 1 to 1 replacement within seven working days, provided that all packaging is intact.
3. If a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery.
Goody Foody Birdnest Pte. Ltd shall either refund the Customer the value of the Product, or replace the Product.

- If any Product which was not included in the Customer’s Order is delivered to the Customer, Goody Foody Birdnest Pte. Ltd. shall collect the Product from the Customer.
- If the Customer has been charged for a Product which was not delivered, Goody Foody Birdnest Pte. Ltd shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.
- If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product as displayed on the site when the Customer makes its Order, Goody Foody Birdnest Pte. Ltd shall refund to the Customer the difference.
- Goody Foody Birdnest Pte. Ltd shall use its best efforts to ensure that Orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of the Products delivered and the Customer wishes to get more information, please notify us by contacting us at enquiry@mirakirasg.com within seven (7) days upon receiving the Products.
